FAQ
How do I get started with Card Collector Club’s services?
What happens if my card is already graded? Can I still use your services?
Yes, if your card is already graded, you can still use our consignment or listing services to sell or market the card. For grading services, we’d evaluate whether a resubmission or secondary grading makes sense based on value and market demand.
How long does each service take?
Timeline varies by service: consignment timelines depend on when your card sells; grading turnaround depends on the grading company and service level; TCG grading may vary similarly. We provide estimates and help you set expectations.
What fees or commissions are associated with your services?
Fees depend on the service you choose (consignment commission, grading fee, dealer submission cost). For example, our grading services start at $25.00 Card Collector Club+1 We will provide a full breakdown when you submit.
How do I know my cards are safe and handled properly?
Our team treats your cards with care, ensuring secure handling, professional packaging, and tracking. For submissions, we follow best practices to minimize risk and protect your items throughout the process.
Can I track the progress of my submission or consignment?
Yes, once your cards are submitted, we’ll provide status updates on where your cards are in the process (valuation, listing, grading, etc.). For our upcoming Card Consignment Dashboard, you’ll be able to track consignments in real time.
What if I’m unsure which service is right for my collection?
If you have questions about whether to consign, grade, or simply list your cards, our team is happy to consult. We’ll review your collection, market potential, and goals to recommend the best pathway.
